Our jewellery is handmade to order in London, so most pieces take 2–3 weeks to ship. Need it by a certain date? Email customerservice@mayabrenner.co.uk to check whether your piece is in stock before you order.
What is your return policy?
Custom jewellery is made to your specifications and is a final sale. For non-custom purchases, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel — email customerservice@mayabrenner.co.uk to get started. You're responsible for the cost of returning your order, and we recommend using registered or insured post.
Can I have a piece repaired?
Yes — we're happy to repair jewellery purchased through our site. If the issue is due to our manufacturing, we'll waive the fee for up to 3 months from receipt; after that, a fee may apply depending on the repair. All repairs must be approved by our team first — submit a repair request to get started.
What materials do you use?
All of our jewellery is solid 14k gold. As with all 14k gold, our alloys may include trace nickel; our rose gold gets its warm tone from copper. Please contact our customer service if you have a metal sensitivity, and we will be happy to point you toward the right pieces.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order ships in our signature Maya Brenner branded gift box, with plain, unbranded outer packaging. We're happy to include a gift note on request, and we also offer greetings cards for purchase.
How do I choose which necklace length to buy?
Our best-selling length is 16”, but we recommend measuring a necklace you already love before ordering, since fit varies from person to person. Check out our sizing guide for more guidance.
